11) WATER RESISTANCE : On all of our watches, when needed, we do replace seals, gaskets and pressure test prior to shipment. We are unable to guarantee that our watches are water resistant or water proof. Watches with a domestically set bezel are not guaranteed for being water resistant or water proof. If you fail to screw down your crown when wearing your watch you will indefinitely incur water damage to your watch.

D.1) Authenticity is guaranteed on all of our merchandise. Our Pre Owned Rolex watches have been authenticated by a certified watchmaker. All of our Rolex watches come with a Box, an Invoice with your Model Number and Serial Number and if noted in the description that the watch includes papers, you will receive the Rolex factory papers if available. On most Pre Owned merchandise, the original box is not included. Factory papers on Pre Owned Rolex watches are often not available because the original owner wishes not to include them (sensitive information written on them, i.e., Name/Address/Phone Number) or the owner did not keep them.
